I've heard about japanese food called kushiage which is various kinds of meat breaded and fried in skewers. Can anyone suggest a kushiage restaurant in Tokyo ? I'm staying near Tokyo Tower. Thanks a lot.

I would go to Kushinobo in Roppongi Hills, like above - as it is excellent. Also if you go to Shinbashi Station (under the railway tracks) there is also a Kushiage restaurant - really cheap and really good. Any food around there is great - yakitori, shabu-shabu.

Hi Sushi-san. Thanks for the tip about Shimbashi eki. I used to live near there and I'd forgotten about the area. There was a great Yakitori place with only 6 seats near the station. I'm going back in Oct. and I've added Shimbashi to my ''places'' list. Thanks again.
