hi..
Can I know the fastest way back from Gotemba Premium Outlet to Hakone Yumoto Station on weekend? Also, when would be the last bus/train.

There is a direct Hakone Tozan bus from the outlet mall to Gora Station at 19:00. From Gora, you can take the train down to Yumoto Station.
Alternatively, you can take the free shuttle bus to Gotemba Station, then the Odakyu Hakone Highway Bus to Sengoku and then the Tozan Hakone Bus to Yumoto. You would have to catch the 20:10 Odakyu bus from Gotemba Station.
