Tokyo Disney to Universal Studios Japan

I am taking my family to Tokyo Disney staying at the Hilton Tokyo Bay Hotel (arriving at Narita)for a few days and want to add a three day/weekend side trip down to Universal Studios Japan in Osaka. I want most convenient and fastest. I don't mind flying too. I don't even know where to start and what would be the cost? Help?

So you will be at Disneyland 3 days and Universal 3 days? How many days are you in Japan?
