Which metro pass is good for me?

Im looking to visit most of the districts in Tokyo. I will be there for roughly two weeks. I was wondering which pass will get me pretty much anywhere in central tokyo. Can i not just use the subways to get around to all the districts? I also looked at the tokyo metro open ticket, and it gives me unlimited use to all tokyo metro subway lines but not the four toei lines do i really need to have access to the toei lines?
