JR west kansai pass on LEX trains?

Hi!
I'll be travelling from Himeji to Kinosaki Onsen, then from Kinosaki Onsen down to Kobe this june. The most direct train for me to take is the JR Hamakaze Line which is a limited express train (LEX). Does anyone know if i can use the JR West Kansai pass on the Hamkaze line? Thanks for your help in advance!
