Suggestion on Ryokan experience 2008/6/1 21:29
Our family is planning a trip to Tokyo in December 2008 & like to experience staying at Ryokan. We will appreciate your suggestion.

Please give more details. You will only stay in the city of Tokyo or will you travel around, too? Near Tokyo the area of Hakone or Kyoto might be better for an overnight stay in a ryokan. What is your budget? A ryokan with Japanese dinner and Japanese breakfast starts at around Yen 15 000 per person, while overnight in a Japanese style room without Western furniture can start at Yen 6000 per room.

Try these sites 2008/6/8 08:54
Have a look at these sites-

There is a huge range to choose from both price and location. I would recommend aiming at ones that are easy to get to by train.
