How to reach a ryokan in Motohakone

Hi,
I'm trying to plan my travel route, and I found some difficulties in understanding how to reach the Ryokan I booked in Motohakone. The Ryokan website has information on how to get there, but it's only in Japanese. The information page is this:

From what I can undestand, I could take a bus from the Odawara station, but then?

Take the #3 bus, toward "������ Hakonemachi" at the East exit of Odawara station.
Get off the bus at "���m�Ή��O Ashinoko-en-mae".
It takes about 50 minutes from Odawara and there are about 50 bus stops to Ashinoko-en-mae.

The name of bus stop is same name as the ryokan's, so the ryokan is in front of the bus stop, I think.

There is a "tourist information" at the East exit of Odawara station (Outside). They speak English, so you'd better go there.

#3 bus is not the bus number.
It's the bus stop number at Odawara station.
