Shinagawa to Haneda

Are there direct trains from Shinagawa to Haneda on the Keikyu Line or do I have to change at Kamata? Also if I sleep in and panic, and flag down a cab, does anyone know how much a cab would cost from JR Shinagawa to Haneda in the early mornings (around 545am) on a National holiday (empty streets I'm assuming)

Peter,
Yes, there are direct trains.
On Sundays and national holidays, early morning trains from Shinagawa depart at 0526, 0540, 0552, 0608, 0618, and then approximately every 10 minutes throughout the day.
