Hello,
My family will be moving to Kobe in August. Is there any information of a playgroup for children between the age of 2-3? We have a 2 year old girl and hope to have her meet some friends to play with soon after we arrive.

While doing your new registrations at your local ward office in Kobe, why not ask the hokenjo (public health center) to see if they have any playgroups organized. If not, you can always visit local parks in the morning and surely there will be local toddlers your child can play with and parents you can chat with.
