I'm an English Teacher/Conversation here in Japan. I have a visa here because my husband in the US Navy in Yokosuka. Most of my work here are private lessons, however I do work for one school. Which jobs do I pay taxes on? And how much do I pay? Who would I contact for more information? Please help me :) Thank you.

Japanese Taxes or US Taxes?
In the case of US Taxes, technically you're supposed to report ALL SOURCES of income, find a penny on the ground, you're technically supposed to report it.
As for Japanese taxes, that is tricky, if you are on a SOFA visa, but living and working out of base or another type of actual Japanese Visa. I know SOFAs are usually given different rules when it comes to Japanese regulations.
