Have anyone book rooms from this site before? Is it reliable?
I checked their prices and it is almost 40% cheaper than direct booking, so would like to know if their services are good and reliable.

Agree with Uji.
Booked one hotel with them in April, BUT it's the only time on our trip we experienced some confusion at the reception during check in. A bit scary, but it turned out to be ok. :)
