Trip from Haneda to Mt. Fuji

I have a limited amount of time to hike Mt. Fuji so I need recomendations on where to stay and where to go to do the hike. I will arive at Haneda Airport Saturday at about 11am and I will have to be on a flight from the same airport Monday by 2pm. I do want some breathing time. Can anyone suggest a hotel and pass along how long it will take to get from place to place. Thanks!

When do you want to rest? I recommend to take trains to Shinjuku and then take the direct bus to the 5th Station and start hiking through the night. Descend on Sunday and then stay overnight stay in a ryokan with onsen (hot spring) in the Fuji Five Lake region. Then, return to Haneda again via Shinjuku on Monday morning.
