Access to Kamiwakka falls end of June?

We`ll be in Shiretoko at the End of this month, but according to this site, the road to Kamiwakka falls is closed to private vechiles. What other options do we have to access the falls. Just walking? What about biking?

If the road is clear, you should be able to use a mt bike to cover the 10 km. Otherwise, a 10k hike to the stream is in order.
Check around using "Kamuiwakka," you should find more info.
