If you had asked this question in the first place, you wouldn't have had to wait 30+ hours in distress...
What you want is a laxative (i.e. medicine for constipation).
If you go to a chemist or drugstore, ask for "下剤" (gezai = laxative) or "便秘薬" (benpigusuri = constipation medicine).
