I'm 19 years old and will be in Japan for one year. So I need a mobile. But can I buy one? In Japan I'm an adult with 20. And usually if you want a to buy a mobile phone and are not an adult, you need you parents' permission. But my parents donT live in Germany. So how can I get a mobile phone in Japan then?
