I am a Filipina and I want to work and live in Japan. I currently work as an ESL specialist here in the Philippines. Is there any way I can get a working visa for Japan even if I'm not a college graduate? I only finished second year in college. Please help me with my query. Thanks so much

No matter what your nationality, you need either a bachelors degree or 3 years of work experience in ESL to be eligible for a working visa to teach in Japan.
You also need to find an employer who will sponsor you for the visa.

it should be three years experience as an ESL teacher? would it be possible for my work experiences to be accumulated so that it will reach three years?

Do you have a company that is interested in hiring you? Going to Japan on a work visa seems unlikely without a company sponsoring you.

3 years total work experience. I don't think it has to be consecutive, but it is up to the discretion of Immigration. The trickiest part will be the visa sponsor, unless you are prepared to come to Japan as a tourist and start looking for work, it will be a challenge to be find an employer from the Philippines.

No problems if Immigration considers your previous work experience to be sufficient. That is always on a case by case basis though and there are no guarantees. Get all the documentation you can to prove you have the three years, and then all you can do is try.

A good company can make it happen. Just be honest with them and let the company do their job. If it a decent company, they should know what documents are needed and how to get your visa through.
