villa spica at Chiba

Hi I have been trying to find skateparks to visit before I come to Japan in November and I came accross a websit advertising a skatepark in Chiba. It's apparently calle villa spica?
Anyway I was hoping someone might have some information on how to get there etc

Apparently it's part of a hotel complex:

It takes about two hours' train ride from Tokyo - you go via Chiba station, take JR Sotobo line to Choja-machi station (from there you can take the hotel's shuttle bus - needs to be booked):

The hotel is near the beach where surf's good, and the skating area seems to be an additional entertainment factor.
