What is the best way to get from SHin Kobe Station(bullet train) to the cruise ship terminals in Kobe?

There are two terminals. I'm not sure which terminal your vessel will leave from. A taxi would be the best bet, or catch the Subway to Sannomiya, then change to another train taking you to the right terminal.
