Matsuyama budget hotel please?

Anyone know of a good budget hotel in Town area (around Y5000 person) for a couple please?.

I can only guess not many people go there.....or?

The No.1 Hotel looks to be good and a similar price but I can't find how to email them on their website !

The hotel is located in front of Ehime prefectoral office.
