From Sasebo toYokosuka by train?.

I would like to travel from Sasebo to Yokosuka by train, but I don't what line to take and how many transfer I've to take. Any Info will appreciated.

They will come up with multiple routes. There are two stations in Yokosuka, the JR Yokosuka station, obviously served by JR line, and Yokosuka Chuo, which is served by the Keikyu line. They are not very far apart, and it probably wouldn't make a big difference in how you travel.
If it were me I'd fly, from Nagasaki to Haneda.
