Trip to Hakone

Hi there,
I intend to travel from Tokyo to Hakone (On a 1 way ticket). Is it still cheaper for me to take the Hakone pass of 5000Yen (which is round trip), or is it cheaper if i take the romance car just 1 way from Shijuku to Hakone, then pay for the buses, boat rides separately?

If you don't return to Tokyo, I recommend to use the Hakone Free Pass which does not include the round trip. It can be purchased at Odawara or Hakone-Yumoto Stations for 3900 yen:
