No, it is not suspended anymore! It was suspended for a few hours on the day of the earthquake, but has been running regularly since then.

Tinn doesn't mean today's magnitude 6.6 Tohoku earthquake? The news had no mention of train services being disrupted.

I'm not sure about the news since I haven't watch it yet, but the train information indicators on board the Yamanote and Chou lines were showing "Delays" reason: "earthquake", I wasn't seeing those indicators on the ride home, so I think the trains are back running.

I'm sure they stopped a lot of lines briefly for safety checks, but I don't think the delays were long.
