There is a restaurant on the 36/F of Maru Building (丸ビル) which is near the JR Tokyo Station. You can get a wonderful view of Tokyo since most of the tables are by the windows. It's the best to go at night but I couldn't resist the 2100yen set- lunch last time. Be careful when you ask for directions since there is a Maru Building & a New Maru Building. Cheers Stephen

Sorry I'd forgotten the name of that restaurant. Here you go, it's called "Breeze of Tokyo". Cheers Stephen

There are several restaurants on the 31F and 32F of the Shiodome City Centre building - En is a great traditional restaurant and there are French, Fish, Chinese and US style restaurants - all with great views

Just next to Shiodome City Center (with top floor restaurants on floors 41 and 42) stands the Dentsu Building with another set of very nice restaurants with views. Reservations recommended for seats with view.
