Travel from Narita to Haneda

I'm landing at Narita airport at 7.20am on a Sat morning (20 September). Have booked a domestic flight departing to Sapparo at 11.25am. Am planning to take the limousine bus to Haneda Airport. Do I have enough buffer time?
Is there long queue for checking in at the domestic counters?

Yes, that should be no problem. Traffic on Saturdays is smooth, so there is not a big risk of the bus getting delayed.
Check-in for domestic flights is possible until 15 minutes before departure, and there are usually no waiting times at security. Most people check in at automated machines, and counters do not usually have long waiting times, if at all.

0720 ( if you are on time ) to 1125....clear immigration at Narita; 20'-120' depending on how many hit the deck at the same time. Travel to Haneda; 55'-65', Check in; who knows ? Good luck.

Its hard for me to think of any major or minor airline that doesn't allow passengers to check luggage.
As for speed, can't comment on that.
