putting in romaji

Could you help me to put the speech of the girl in romaji?

First I need to put it in romaji to understand better.
Here what I caught (probably there have typos):
Watashi wa gitai desu, Sore ga sude te tawasareru nante. Kore de wa....nano tameni...inochi wo kesuri...risko oshiote inu ka? She says something in the end, but no matter how times I listen, I can't understand. Well, it is lacking the last part but I will put here what I understod:
I have a cybernetic body, And I was defeated by nude hands. Then which the meaning of playing my life out and assume that risk?

gitai- Gitai is something like "object", isn't? But is not better translate as "I have a cibernetic body"?

sude[素手]-means unarmed, right? Then, other translation could be "I was defeat be unarmed hands", which is the best?

Gitai is a special term in this anime but I cannot remember how it was explained.

Wikipedia says "young girls fitted with cybernetic implants as agents".
