I want to know how do make the train ticket by JR passes,if i want to stop betwee two points,what do i make the ticket,ex,from A to B but stop and geton in C,i need to take ticket A to C then C to B,or I take A to B only

If you have a rail pass, you do not need to get any ticket! The pass is your ticket! If you want to make seat reservations, you have to make reservations for each train separately.
