guided meditation

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a place in Japan, preferably in the Kanto region, to do some guided meditation, but I'm finding it difficult to get information in English on the net. Does anyone have any recommendations/experiences of this. I'm a beginner in studying Japanese, yoga and meditation so I'd prefer a place suited to beginners with English instruction. Information on any class, temple or retreat would be much appreciated. Thank you!
