Bus from Shinjuku to Kawaguchiko 2008/8/8 03:42
Hello! This September I plan to travel from Shinjuku to Kawaguchiko Station by bus and stay at Onsenji Yumedono Ryokan. I'm a little confused about the stations. I think I take the Chuo Kousoku Bus line to Kawaguchiko station. But does the train line to Kawaguchiko station and the bus get off at the same station or are their 2 different Kawaguchiko stations? 1 for the train & 1 for the bus. (not to be confused with the Kawaguchiko 5th station.)

I'm worried about getting to the Onsenji Yumedono Ryokan because I had planned to just walk the 15 minutes they say they are from the station, but on some maps it looks as though the bus gets off at a different Kawaguchiko station which is probably a good 30 minute walk from the station. I'd prefer to take the bus, I just want to be able to prepare if I need a taxi or such.

Any clarification would be much appreciative. This will be my first trip to Japan and my Japanese is still quite novice.

Thanks!

There is only one Kawaguchiko Station. You might not be concerned.
