Is tthere bus connection between Towada and Tazawa?

I think it is like follows:

1) Take a bus from the Tokadako bus stop to Kazunohanawa Station (80 minutes, 1320 yen, 3-4 buses per day)

2) Take a bus from Kazunohanawa Station to Tamagawa Onsen (75 minutes, 1220 yen, 4 buses per day).

3) Take a bus from Tamagawa Onsen to Tazawakohan (60 minutes, 8 buses per day)

Alternatively, you could take buses and the shinkansen via Hachinohe and Morioka. It is much more expensive (except if you have a Japan Rail Pass), but can be similarly fast.
