Is the plan feasible for a day in sapporo? Need some advice. Thanks

It is too much! I recommend to reserve at least 4 hours for your side trip to the Historical Open Air Museum. At least 5 hours for a side trip to Otaru. These two side trips already make up a full-day program. But if you hurry, you could theoretically also pack in a quick visit to the Sapporo Snow Festival incl. TV Tower in between and/or after visiting Otaru and the Open air museum.

so we have given up on Historical village. Just going to Otaru and back to sapporo. Thanks so much!
