Plan: 1) Historic Village (Kaitaku no mura)(How much?) JR train from Sapporo - Hakodate line (How long?)
2) Otaru Canal JR train to Otaru from Shinrin Koen? (How Long?) How much?
3) Snow Festival in Odori Park Otaru back to sapporo (How?)
4) Climb Sapporo TV tower How much? Opening and closing time?
Is the plan feasible for a day in sapporo? Need some advice. Thanks

It is too much! I recommend to reserve at least 4 hours for your side trip to the Historical Open Air Museum. At least 5 hours for a side trip to Otaru. These two side trips already make up a full-day program. But if you hurry, you could theoretically also pack in a quick visit to the Sapporo Snow Festival incl. TV Tower in between and/or after visiting Otaru and the Open air museum. Thank you Uji san Yes, we realised it is too rushed so we have given up on Historical village. Just going to Otaru and back to sapporo. Thanks so much!
