Want to go from Kyoto Station to Fushimi Inari Shrine,Ryoanji Temple,Kiyomizudera Temple,and Sanjusangendo Temple end up Nishiki Market for dinner. Do in one day? What order to see and transportation bus rail or train?

I think that it is too much to see in one day. If I were you, I would skip Ryoanji as it is in an opposite side of the city. 1)Kyoto station to Fushimi Inari Take JR Nara line to Inari station. 2)Fushimi Inari to Sanjusangendo Walk to Fushimi Inari station of Keihan trains. Go to Nanajo Keihan station and a short walk will take you to Sanjusangendo. 3)Sanjusangendo to Kiyomizu temple Take #206 bus from a bus stop in front of the temple and get off at Gojozaka stop.
Then you can go directly to Nishiki market or shop around in Gion/Shijo area before moving to Nishiki. (There're many buses which take you to Gion/Shijo area from Gojozaka stop)
