Sophia, the ceapest way to reach Aomori is by highway buses. http://www.123bus.net/index.html?agencyCode=12095From Aomori to Akita, there seems no direct bus connecting the two cities. 1)Shinkansen Aomori-Hachinohe-Morioka-Akita 9700 yen 2)Bus & Shinkansen Hirosaki-(by highway bus)Morioka-(by shinkansen)-Akita 8280 yen 3)Bus & bus Aomori-Sendai-Akita 9700 yen

from aomori to akita can take the train
Inaho Limited Express No.8 Departure from aomori around 6 am.
the fare is 4940Yen Non Reserve Incl Limited Express Ticket
Or If you want cheaper can take a local train Tranfer about 3 time the fare is 3260 Yen
