Availability for Tokyo-Inn

I have done some research for my trip to Japan and was hoping to stay with my boyfriend at the Tokyo-Inn chains in Shinjuku. We are there from September 11th - 22nd. On their website it seems like there are no rooms available for the month of September. Does this make sense that they'd already be booke up? Should I call to arrange a reservation instead? I am looking for a double room at any central Tokyo-Inn location. Help?

Whitney the TOYOKO at Shinagawa has some doubles available on the dates you asked for. Be quick.
It's not that far from Shinjuku and very handy to the station.
