There're several variations of the timetables depending on season/days. If you let us know when you'll ride a boat, we can point out the right timetable.

Timetable for Jan 7-Feb 4 is colored "green" while Feb 5-Feb28 is colored "pale blue."In each timetable, the very left time(’·θj is departure at Nagasaki while the top of the middlei•Ÿ]jis arrival at Fukue. The bottom of the middle is departure at Fukue and the very right is arrival time at Nagasaki. Hope it makes sense to you.

Car Ferry Timetable 2008/8/14 17:08
Thanks for your assistance, but we only wanted to make a quick trip to Fukue, I believe there is also a Car Ferry that runs on the same route, could anyone please give me a link to its timetable for the period Jan 27-Feb 02 2009.

Car ferry is run by the same company.

Top timetable is for the period you mentioned. ’·θ=
Nagasaki, •Ÿ]=Fukue. As you see, hydrofoils are faster than car ferries.
