Transfer of Luggage to Shinjuku Station

We will be travelling from Osaka to Hakone to Tokyo. I read somewhere that we can send our luggage from Osaka to Shinjuku Station instead of bringing all to Hakone. Can someone advise how do I go abt?

If you have a hotel in Shinjuku or elsewhere in Tokyo, you can have all your luggage delivered to the Hotel via delivery service (use search function).

I don't think you can have it delivered to Shinjuku Station itself, since to my knowledge there is no luggage holding facilities other then coin lockers.
