I am traveling to Japan in September and would like to send my lugage via a courier service from Kansai apt to Kyoto and then Kyoto to Tokyo. I do not speak japanese. Any suggestions on how this is done?

Expect the staff at KIX counter to understand sufficient English. In Kyoto the hotel staff will help you.
