I just moved to Japan. I have a TV but no channels. Do I just need an anntena or do I need a cable? I just want the free local channels if there is such a thing. Please help.

Do you already have a TV for use in Japan?
Then connect your TV and the antenna connector on the wall by an appropriate cable.
