Running near Park Htl Tokyo? Hamarikyu?

Hi, we will be staying in Park Hotel Tokyo (shiodome, shinbashi). We are training for a marathon.
Is there any running place nearby the hotel? There is Hamarikyu garden near the hotel. Is this a large garden and can we run inside?
Also, is there any path alongside the Tsukijigawa river?
