Narita to Towadako

We will stay at a hotel near Narita Airport the day we arrive. The next morning, we plan to go to Lake Towada. What is the best way to do this: (1) Narita-Tokyo-Hachinohe-Towadako; (2) Narita-Tokyo-Morioka-Towadado; or (3) Narita-Tokyo-Aomori-Towadako. Please let me know where I can find the train-bus connections. Thanks.
