Sister city

You could see if the city you live in has any "Sister cities" For example my town in Japan is a sister city to Culver City California (USA sorry no England cities). I work in my towns sister city program and one of the things we do is arrange "homestays" for exchange students for Culver City. I'm going to give you link that makes it easy to find out if your town is a member. Unfortunatly I don't know of any England To Japan sister city connections. If you find your city "click" any city your city is linked to maybe you can find a 3rd party type of connection. Good Luck http://www.sister-cities.org/icrc/directory/index
