Tokyo Edo History Museum in Ryogoku is geared towards a museum which exhibits about history of Tokyo city. But I want to get to know Japanese history. Anyone know a good Japanese History Museum in Tokyo?

"National Museum of Japanese History" in Sakura city, on the way from NRT to Central Tokyo, is the NO.1 History museum of Japan.

Tokyo National Museum, No1 Art Museum of Japan, also has a good exhibition of Japanese History.
