I will be in Kyoto from the 28th of Jan till the 11th of february, where can i see snow in Kyoto, nara, and shiga.(not for skiing)
Its not a stupid question. There is no website that provides enough information on snow fall.

I think you have a good chance of seeing snow in downtown Kyoto. Your chance will increase if you go to Mt. Hiei, north part of Kyoto.
