Private medical practise in Japan?

I am a India urologist surgeon & wish to do surgical private practice in Japan. Want to know the modus operandi & norms & requiremnts to do so.

Though I'm not sure what you mean by "private" practice, medical practice is possible only by those who obtained Japanese medical license.

Last year, to solve the problem of shortage of medical practitioners in less-populated area, Niigata Prefecture submitted a request to allow foreign nationals with Ph.D. of Niigata University to conduct medical practice. The request was, however, turned down by the central government this March.
