I am doing my best to have my girlfriend from Japan move in with me here in California. She wants to go to community college here but is having a hard time passing the TOEFL. I'm thinking my options if she doesn't get the M1 visa, that I should become a us citizen and marry her. Are there any other alternatives for us to be together? Seeking for advice that could help. Thanks
