Kansai Airport to Hostel in Kyoto

Hello!

I'd like to ask for your help to determine what is the best way for us to get to K's House Kyoto (Near Keihan Shichijo Sta.) if we will be coming from Kansai Airport. We may be carrying 1 large suitcase each and will be able to leave the airport around 21:00 onwards.

These are the options we've been looking at. I don't know how far the walk to the hostel is from Kyoto Sta. but it looks far.

Okkbus Airport Limousine to Kyoto Sta.
Haruka Express to Kyoto Sta.

I recently saw there was an Osaka Monorail which stops at Kadoma-shi of the Keihan Main Line. I was thinking we can ride this then from the Keihan line ride up to the Shichijo Sta. stop. Would anyone be familiar with these stations? Will it be easier to walk to the hostel this way? Would you know if the station has stairs or lifts?

Most average local ppl traveling from KIX to Kyoto by Keihan would do like this:

KIX - JR Rapid train direct service - Kyobashi(Keihan's hub station in Osaka) - Keihan Main line - Shichijo

KB and OT take you to Kyobashi station without transfer

Forget Osaka monorail in your case :)

With regards to the monorail, I think you are confusing Osaka Airport, that is in the noth of Osaka and served by the monorail, with Kansai International Airport, located south of Osaka.
