I am trying to get a hotel for september 18th.
All of the disney hotels are booked and offical partner hotels are booked.
Sorry, there is one room available 175,000 yen which is outside my price range.
Any suggestions?

The train station of disney named Maihama is 15 minutes train ride from Tokyo station. So isn't any available hotel in the Tokyo area near?

As mentioned by Peter, Disney Resort is very close to central Tokyo. Especially from around the Tokyo Station and Ginza areas, you can get there in less than 30 minutes.

Hotel Mystay Maihama

Try this hotel. 12 mins walk to Disneyland and 8 mins walk to Disney Sea. Cheap and good. I paid 10,500 yen for a 3 bedded room. And the hotel is clean and new. The website is in Japanese. If you interested, I will go retrieve the email contact.
