Rail Pass Narita Exchange Counter

Hi,
What time is the operational hours of japan rail pass counter at narita terminal 2? Certain info mentioned 8pm-9pm, certain info mentioned 8pm-9.50pm.
I'm arriving Narita T2 around 8.20pm. Do you think i can make it to exchange and make use of the pass to go to tokyo station?

The travel service center is open only until 8:00 PM; however, after it closes, you can still exchange your order for a rail pass at the ticket office until 9:45 PM. The ticket office is the dark green area, with the picture of a person reclining in a seat: http://www.jreast.co.jp/e/stations/e611.html9:45 PM is also when the last N'EX train of the night leaves Terminal 2. Unless your flight is very late, you shouldn't have any problems getting out before then.
