How long will it take to get from kyoto station to Sounzan, Hakone via Odawara station and Gora? We are to check in at our Ryokan at 3pm.

It takes two hours to get from Kyoto to Odawara either by direct hikari or by nozomi and hikari via Nagoya (but nozomi is not covered by the Japan Rail Pass). Then, it takes about 70 minutes by train and cablecar to Sounzan via Hakone-Yumoto and Gora. Therefore, the whole trip takes about 3.5 hours.
