Hi, can I find out if there are still buses available which goes from Gotemba Stn to the Mt Fuji Gotemba 5th Stn in late October? Thanks.

No, there are no buses to Gotemba 5th Station outside the official climbing season in July and August. Only Kawaguchiko 5th Station is served by buses outside of the climbing season:

On days with good visibility, you can see Mount Fuji from Gotemba.
