It is currently impossible in Japan to give accurate weather forecasts for dates as far as ten days in the future. The weather agency does publish a 1-week forecast, however, it is usually only accurate for the next two to three days: http://www.jma.go.jp/en/week/

Accuweather gives a 15-day forecast, which changes daily. http://www.accuweather.com/world-forecast-15day.asp...Right now the forecast looks pretty good for the entire week (I'll be in Tokyo that week). The tropical depression near Guam is forecast to head over Taiwan (I'm convinced Taiwan is a Typhoon magnet) and on to Hong Kong. Keep your fingers crossed.
